An odd mutation creates the unmistakable folded over ears of the Scottish Fold breed. Because the gene has incomplete dominance, the cats can have folded ears or strait ears. They are allowed in every color--except for colors and/or that suggest hybridazation with anything other than the American Shorthair and the Brittish Shorthair (ex. lavendar, Himilayan patterened, chocolate, or a combination of these and white).
